Information - Delivery

The prices that we quote on this site for new desktop PCs, laptop PCs, servers and printers include delivery.  In most cases, we will arrange for our trade suppliers or the manufacturer to deliver direct to you using their own insured couriers.  However, we also sell smaller items such as memory (RAM) upgrades, for which we will either offer free delivery or will quote a separate delivery price as you may purchase several units in one order in get a reduced delivery rate.

If you have ordered hardware such as servers or desktop PCs and are having them pre-configured by us, then we will arrange a suitable delivery / installation time with you and will deliver them in our own vans, covered by our own stock and 'goods in transit' insurance policies.

If you are having items delivered direct to you without them being pre-configured by us first (or if you are making a purchase from us through one of our Ebay listings), then we can call on a range of delivery services to get your item to you in the most cost-effective and reliable way:

 - Royal Mail Second Class or First Class post for non-urgent, small and low value items;
 - HDN, TNT or UPS 48hr-72hr insured courier service for non-urgent valuable or heavier items;
 - ParcelForce 48, ParcelForce 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery insured courier service for priority delivery of valuable items.
