It may surprise you to learn that even the smallest typical office-based businesses with 2-5 computers print an average of 1,000 pages per month.  Even for businesses as small as this, a laser printer would pay for itself in 12-24 months.

Compare a typical HP inkjet printer with our recommended Ricoh colour laser printer/scanner/copier, for instance.  The high-capacity HP cartridges cost just over £50 + VAT per set for around 500 pages.  So that's £100 per month.  Switching to a Ricoh SP C232SF multi-function printer with its 1.88p per page running costs would only cost around £20 per month for the same amount of printing - the purchase price of the printer would be recovered within 6 months.
