Windows startup problems With virus and spyware outbreaks and hardware and software installation problems becoming increasingly common, it isn't unusual to find that, one day, your PC won't start up properly. We can diagnose and rectify many startup problems, re-install Windows and all of your applications and/or pinpoint and replace faulty hardware components ...... and we're also rather good at recovering all of your files that you should have backed up!

PC / laptop setup Whether you have just bought a new PC or laptop, have moved house or just want your PC moved into a different room, we can arrange a convenient time to get it all connected up and tested for you. We can also supply extension cables at great prices if you need any for the new location. This work normally takes an hour, costing £25 + VAT. What's more, if you buy one of our Dell systems with on-site warranty, we'll dispose of all of the packaging for you as well and can usually part-exchange your existing system. IT asset disposal / PC recycling If you want to throw out your tired old PC, you might be worried about an unauthorised third party getting hold of your old hard disk and stealing sensitive data from it. You might be surprised how easily unscrupulous types could retrieve your personal emails, passwords and even credit card details. Future Systems can safely dispose of your PC, recycling, refurbishing or donating to charity as appropriate. During this process, we ensure that your data is completely destroyed (to US Department Of Defense security standards). There is no more than a small charge for this service and, if your PC still has some residual value, we might even pay YOU to take it away! Internet / email / network connections Once you've become accustomed to using the Internet and email regularly, it can be very annoying when it stops working. Fortunately, we have more than 10 years of experience in these areas and can resolve most issues within an hour, costing just £25 + VAT. We can also assist you in upgrading from dial-up to broadband or setting up a new Internet and email connection for the first time. |

necessary - often a hard disk or RAM (memory) upgrade will give your

If your business requires IT support for a couple of hours per week, a couple of hours per month or just on demand at short notice, you'll find our rates very refreshing at just £25 + VAT per hour. This same rate applies to consultancy if, for example, your whole network needs a review and a report of recommendations for upgrades or renewals. We can also offer remote and on-site business IT support contracts with preferential rates after fully understanding your requirements.
