If your business requires IT support / maintenance for a couple of hours per week, a couple of hours per month or just on demand at short notice, you'll find our hourly rate very refreshing at just £38 + VAT. This same rate also applies to consultancy such as carrying out a complete network audit with a report of recommendations.

Many of our clients now enjoy the peace of mind and added value that are gained through our fixed-price monthly support contracts.  There's no long tie-in - we are so confident of the level of service that we offer that we use rolling 1-month agreements.  These include a priority reactive IT helpdesk for remote and on-site "break fix" support and also pro-active maintenance to keep your whole network performing well.

We also offer fixed pricing on new server installations so that you know exactly how much our expertise will cost (and, in many cases, we can offer the same pricing when setting up a server that you have bought yourself).  Our pricing is totally transparent and calculated from our item-based tariff rather than just making up whatever price we think you would pay, like some of our competitors.

We are happy to provide contact details for existing clients that have offered to give references regarding our ad hoc on-site work and our remote and on-site support contracts.
