Remote support means that we can help when you're having trouble with Excel to do your weekly reporting in Crawley, with Powerpoint for an important client presentation in Edinburgh or with Outlook when you're trying to pick up your work emails from a beach in Bali. Of course, we're great with other software too but you know what we're trying to say!
Nearly 90% of all of our telephone support calls are resolved within the first 20 minutes. That makes our standard pricing of just £9.99 + VAT (per 20 minutes) a great deal. You can even ask us to help with several issues at the same time - if it takes less than 20 minutes, you only pay £9.99 + VAT.
IT support has never been so flexible and affordable. Once your issue has been resolved to your satisfaction, we can charge the fix to your debit/credit card (or send an invoice if you already have a reliable payment history with us) so the whole process is quick and easy.
